They invite a prevention and awareness fair on breast cancer in Huntington

The Huntington City Council invites Long Island’s community to attend the 2nd. Annual prevention and awareness fair on breast cancer, called “Pink in the Park”, to be held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, at the Heckscher Park (NY-25A & Prime Ave, 11 Prime Ave, Huntington, NY 11743).

This important event “Pink in the Park” is dedicated to raising awareness, providing resources and joining people in support of the prevention, treatment and survival of breast cancer.

The fair will offer a full day of activities, entertainment and opportunities to connect with local organizations and companies committed to health, well -being and community support.

Among the outstanding aspects of the “Pink in the Park” event are included:

– Inspiring stories of officials about how breast cancer has impacted their lives (9:30 am)

– Welfare walk around the pond (9:40 am)

– Live performances of Dancin ‘Feet of Huntington, One Night Band and the Atomic Pandas Secondary Band (from 10:00 am)

– Local businesses and sellers that offer welfare resources and inspiring products (10:00 am – 14:00 pm)

– Funny and family activities for all ages
