This album, which has collaborations by great artists such as Majo Aguilar, El Mimoso, Víctor García, Tony Aguirre and Luis Alfonso, is the result of years of work, perseverance and love for Mexican music. In this exclusive interview, Luis Ángel “El Flaco” shares what this anniversary represents for him, the challenges and emotions behind the 25th anniversary and his desire to continue conquering co-razones around the world.

Congratulations on these 25 years of career, Luis Ángel. What does it mean for you to get to this important milestone and what reflection this album has on your career?
This 25th anniversary album is the realization of many dreams. All of us who are part of this project are happy to have come true and to be able to share it with people.
In this album, you have achieved a fresh sound, but without losing the traditional band. How did you achieve this balance and what elements do you think they are key to maintaining the essence of Mexican music?
There are many things that make an album what it is, and in this case it was another studio, arranglis-tas, producers and we made several songs with people from Colombia. I think that is what gives him the touch of freshness and something different. We want to reach places where we have not yet arrived. Confirming the hearts of Central Americans and South Americans, and why not, even the people who live in Spain, who start listening to band music.
“Love drunk” has been a great success, reaching No. 1 in Mexico. What does this song mean that this song has connected so well with the public?
I reach number one in Mexico and also in Colombia, because we did it with Luis Alfonso, a very talented Colombian and had a great time in the recording. It is a very cheerful song.
Speaking of the collaborations, you had the opportunity to work with artists such as Majo Aguilar, El Mimoso, and Víctor García. What did you learn from these artists during the recording and how did they influence the sound of the album?
From these artists I learned and rather shared with them the roll of being tenacious and being persevering. To-two the artists you invite you have that. They have reached where they are because they are persevering. They are talented and very beautiful people spiritually speaking.
In this new album, is there any song that you feel that you have a special message for you, something that summarizes your career or that represents your evolution as an artist?
There are several songs. We dared in this album to do different things that we had never had, but I think that of the celebration, it is a song that this month that I am turning years makes me feel something special. Now we are better, celebrating life and success.
Now that you have reached a quarter of a century in music, what goals would you like to continue in the coming years and how do you look in the future of Mexican music?
I would like to continue doing songs that reach people, that they like about the line that the skinny has handled, I am very faithful to what I think. It is my main goal. I see myself, if God and the public want, conquering new places. In addition, I have a very special goal to conquer Spain.
How would you describe the connection with your fans throughout these 25 years and what does your support mean to you in this special moment?
It is a very close connection. It has been very beautiful, the most comforting. There are many fans clubs that are with that love for skin. They are always with me. It is a relationship that more fans, from family that want to see you well.
