Blood/Love: Pop vampire opera in New York

The new original musical Blood/Love, created by Carey Sharpe and Dru DeCaro, comes to Off-Broadway for an ultra-contemporary theatrical experience. Directed by Hunter Bird, the show stars Sharpe as Valerie Bloodlove, the world’s first vampire, who after a thousand years ruling the night seeks a destiny beyond eternal bloodshed.
With choreography by Jonathan Platero and Oksana Platero, musical direction by Ben Covello, and a first-class creative team, Blood/Love transforms the classic vampire story into a pop opera full of sensuality, original music and a cinematic spectacle that vibrates the senses.

The Buena Vista Dance-Along on Broadway

For one night only, the Tony and Grammy-winning musical phenomenon BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB is transformed into a unique interactive experience: a Dance-Along on Broadway. Lin-Manuel Miranda will host this celebration of Cuban music and culture, inviting the audience to dance from their seats and connect with the energy of the stage. Attendees will be able to move around during the songs and return to their seats between numbers, fully enjoying the performance.
This Dance-Along marks a new milestone on Broadway, opening its doors to a participatory experience that celebrates the music, identity and cultural connection that BUENA VISTA SOCIAL CLUB has achieved with audiences around the world.
Zarzuela Festival at Teatro Círculo
March 27 – April 5, 2026
Teatro Círculo celebrates the rich tradition of Spanish and Latin American zarzuela with Fiesta de la Zarzuela, conceived and directed by maestro Pablo Zinger. This anthology includes solos, duets and trios from classic works such as El barberillo de Lavapiés, La gran via, Luisa Fernanda, as well as Latin American zarzuelas such as Alma criolla, María la O and Cecilia Valdés.
The show will feature prominent operatic artists: Venezuelan-American soprano María Brea, Ecuadorian-Puerto Rican mezzo soprano Linda Collazo and Puerto Rican tenor Juan Hernández, with live piano accompaniment by Zinger. In addition, mini singing classes will be offered for the public on Sundays after the performance.
An evening with Eddy Herrera at the Lehman Center
March 21, 2026 – 8 PM
Lehman Center for the Performing Arts presents Una Noche con Eddy Herrera, with the special participation of José Alberto “El Canario” and El Blachy. Eddy Herrera, known as “El Gigante del Merengue”, will perform his greatest international hits such as Ajena, Pégame Tu Vicio, Como Llora Mi Alma and Carolina, celebrating 34 years of career as a soloist.
The concert will feature the voice and unique style of the legendary salsa singer José Alberto “El Canario”, and the emerging talent of the Dominican merenguero El Blachy, highlighted in the new generation of the typical one. An unmissable night of merengue, salsa and typical live Dominican music.
