The study, in which 140,000 collaborators of 350 companies participated, revealed that the most outstanding companies share a work environment fed by the pride of belonging, a value that transcends the differences of age and position. This environment not only encourages the well -being and professional development of its talents, but is also a reflection of transparent, close and trustworthy leadership.
