Peanuts and Best Friends Animal Society will bring two days of activities to SoHo for Snoopy fans and people interested in adopting a pet. The event, scheduled for Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24, will offer limited edition items, photography experiences and raffles, plus the opportunity to meet dogs and cats looking for a home.
The activity will take place at the Best Friends Pet Adoption Center in New York and will celebrate the special Peanuts x Best Friends Animal Society collection, inspired by Snoopy and his five siblings: Spike, Belle, Olaf, Andy and Marbles.
During both days, visitors will be able to take photos with the characters, participate in raffles for products from the collection and personalize caps with patches inspired by pets. The first 2,000 attendees will receive a Best Friends Animal Society cap.
The public will also be able to enter a drawing to win the complete eight-piece collection. To do so, you will need to register and scan the QR code available on site. Other giveaways will offer select items from the collection, with winners chosen at random across the two days.
Beyond the activities, the event seeks to draw attention to the animals waiting to be adopted. Attendees will be able to learn about the dogs and cats available at the center and consider adding a new pet to their family.
The event will be open from 11 am to 7 pm both days, at the Best Friends Pet Adoption Center, located at 307 W. Broadway, New York, NY 10013.
Entry requires prior registration, which can be completed at this link. For more information about adoptions, visit Best Friends Animal Society at https://bestfriends.org/.
